Returns and Refunds

Cortigiani is dedicated to ensuring the full satisfaction of its Clients.
If a purchase does not fully meet expectations, products may be returned or exchanged easily and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Right of withdrawal

In compliance with Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”), the Client has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the products, without having to provide any reason.

To exercise this right, the Client must send a written communication to
customercare@cortigiani.it, indicating:

  • full name,

  • order number,

  • the product(s) for which the right of withdrawal or replacement is being exercised.

Following the request, Gefin Srl will send a return authorization notice (“Nullaosta”), including the return instructions and the shipping label.
The products must be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the Nullaosta.

Return conditions

Products must be returned:

  • intact, unused, and unwashed;

  • complete with tags, security seals, and original packaging;

  • accompanied by any accessories and documentation.

The right of withdrawal applies only to the product as a whole; it cannot be exercised for individual parts or accessories.
If returned products are found to be damaged, used, or altered, Gefin Srl reserves the right to withhold an amount corresponding to the reduction in value, or alternatively, to return the goods to the Client at their own expense.

Replacements and refunds

Once the returned goods have been verified for compliance, Gefin Srl will — subject to confirmation of product availability — send the replacement item or issue a refund of the purchase amount.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed, and will be confirmed to the Client via email.

If the above conditions are not met, or if the right of withdrawal has expired, Gefin Srl will return the originally purchased products to the sender, charging the related shipping costs.
