Cortigiani is committed to ensuring an efficient, punctual, and transparent delivery service.
Every order is handled with the utmost care so that the Client receives their purchase promptly and in perfect condition, wherever they are in the world.

Delivery methods and times

Orders placed through the official Cortigiani website are processed and shipped by Gefin Srl, headquartered in Fontaniva (PD), Italy, using reputable express couriers.
Delivery usually occurs within 3–7 business days from order confirmation and, in any case, within 30 (thirty) days from the order confirmation date.

Once the order has been shipped, the Client will receive an email containing a tracking number that can be used at any time to monitor the delivery status.

Shipping costs

Shipping is always free, both within Italy and abroad, including non-EU countries.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees remain the responsibility of the Client and may vary according to the applicable regulations in the destination country.
Clients are therefore advised to contact their local customs authorities in advance to obtain updated information on any additional costs or restrictions.

Delivery verification

Upon receipt, the Client must check the integrity of the packaging and ensure that the number of parcels delivered corresponds to that indicated on the transport document.
Any anomalies (damaged, opened, or tampered packaging) must be immediately reported to the courier by means of a written note on the delivery document and promptly communicated to our Customer Service at
costumercare@cortigiani.it.
