Each order is handled with the utmost care so that Clients receive their purchases within the stated timeframe and without unexpected charges, wherever they are in the world.

Delivery methods and times

Orders placed through the official Cortigiani website are processed and shipped by Gefin Srl , headquartered in Fontaniva (PD), Italy, through carefully selected express couriers known for their reliability and quality of service.

Delivery generally takes place within 3–7 business days from the date of order confirmation and, in any event, no later than 30 (thirty) days from the order confirmation date.

Once the order has been dispatched, the Client will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number , enabling real-time monitoring of the shipment.

Shipping costs and customs duties

Shipping is always free of charge , both for deliveries within the European Union and to non-EU countries.

For shipments to countries within the European Union, the prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of VAT.

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, the price displayed on the Website represents the final and all-inclusive amount payable by the Client . Such amount:

• is not subject to Italian VAT;
• includes shipping costs;
• includes any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees.

All such charges are fully borne by the Seller .
No additional costs will be requested from the Client upon delivery.

Delivery verification

Upon receipt of the products, the Client is required to check the integrity of the packaging and verify that the number of parcels delivered corresponds to the transport documentation.

Any irregularities (such as damaged, opened, or tampered packaging) must be immediately reported to the courier by adding a written reservation on the delivery document and promptly communicated to Customer Service at
costumerservice@cortigiani.it .
